As a hypnotherapist, CBT & CONTROL Practitioner, and INNER CRITIC Transformational Mindset Coach, I specialise in helping clients break free from whatever is holding them back. I guide them to see the light, no matter how faint, and embrace change. After all, anyone can change; the real question is, do you want to?

I’m confident in the services I provide and proud of my unique, rapid programmes. These are designed to help clients overcome limiting beliefs and frustrations, setting them free to move forward with power and ease towards their desired goals.
