I’m also a recommended fully qualified CONTROL practitioner (which is a rapid therapy like hypnosis but without using deep trance like traditional hypnotherapy). I’m also a CBT Practitioner. lm also qualified in NLP and psychology of selves along with various other techniques. Also I am a Virtual gastric band hypnotherapist.

So I can offer you many options that would be best for you to help you lose weight.

Also I am known in the industry by other practitioners as the go to person for weight loss, as it is my niche. 

I also do various programmes for you personally. I don’t believe in strict diets or counting calories I’m more for you going on a health journey so you change your mindset around food. So it’s a life change for good, it’s about re framing your negative thought patterns for a healthy weight loss.
